We have upgraded our Visa Debit Cards to the latest Chip and Pin technology so that you can conduct your transactions with a greater sense of ease and safety. Existing cardholders can secure their new cards at the Investment Centre where you previously collected your cards.

With our new UTC Visa Debit Cards, you will enjoy:

  • Contactless tap-to-pay
  • Online shopping with OTP (One Time Password) protection
  • Transaction alerts via email
  • PIN changes at any UTC ATM
  • 3D Secure (3DS) for 3DS compliant merchants to add an extra layer of protection

For assistance with your debit card, you can e-mail visaservices@ttutc.com or call our Contact Centre at (868) 625-UNIT (8648). Cardholders can select Option 3 during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily (inclusive of weekends and public holidays).
