UTC Financial Services, USA Inc (formerly, Chaconia financial services) is a US SEC and FINRA registered broker-dealer incorporated in Rhode Island (USA) in 1995. This is a wholly owned subsidiary of the UTC Fund Services Inc. The TTUTC is 100% owner of the UTC Fund Services Inc and, by extension, UTC Financial Services USA Inc.

The UTC engages internationally in the US market through the UTC North American Fund. UTC Financial Services USA, Inc promotes competitive broker-dealer services, marketing anddistribution of the Fund in the United States.

It is a US SEC registered investment advisor, incorporated in Delaware (USA) in 1997. The company’s main purpose is to provide competitive fee-based investment advisory services to a variety of client portfolios in the United States and other jurisdictions where it is licensed.

UTC Fund Services Inc. was appointed the sole investment advisor to the UTC North American Fund (formerly called Chaconia Income & Growth Fund) on March 1, 2009. As a subsidiary of TTUTC, UTC Fund Services Inc. leverages both the expertise and experience of its parent company in investment strategies, research capabilities, risk management platforms and brokerage relationships.
