For Active or Former eStatements Users
- Do I need to register again for eStatements if I am currently an eStatements user?
Once you are an active user, you will not have to register again. Simply log in to the eStatements platform with your existing UTCID and password. - How do I sign up for eStatements as a new user?
Visit our website at https://estatements.ttutc.com/register, review/agree to Terms & Conditions and complete the online registration process.
You will receive a confirmation email to verify your eStatements registration access and create a new password.
Once the password is updated successfully, you can now proceed to log in.
For New eStatements Users
- What is an eStatement?
An eStatement (electronic statement) is a read-only pdf version of your traditional paper UTC statements with a sleek new design.It is available via the Uon platform as well as the eStatements platform.
You can download, save and print your eStatements as required. - Do all Users have access to the eStatement portal?
Yes, all users can have access to the eStatements portal in the following customer type categories:
• Individual
• Corporate
• Employee Savings Plan - Can I register for the eStatement portal at an Investment Centre?
The eStatements registration process is fully online and as such users are not required to visit an Investment Centre to sign up. If, however, you are having any challenges contact the UTC Contact Centre at callcentre@ttutc.com or 1-868-625-8648 Options 1 to 4, daily between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm. - Can I register for eStatements if I reside abroad?
Yes, customers who reside outside of Trinidad and Tobago can register for our eStatements portal. Just visit our website at https://estatements.ttutc.com/register and complete the online registration process.
Login, Passwords and Security
- What is a CIF?
CIF stands for Customer Identification File, formerly known as your UTCID.
Your CIF Number consists of 10 digits. It is, your previous 7-digit UTCID preceded by 3 zeros, for example, 0003334444. - Do I use my UTC ID or CIF Number to access the eStatements portal?
• For Existing UTC Customer (before September 21, 2022) – UTC ID or CIF number is required
• For New UTC Customer – CIF number is required - What are the requirements for choosing a password?
Your Password must contain the following:
One of the following special characters: (! @#$%^&*()-=_+).
At least one lowercase letter.
At least one uppercase letter.
Alphanumeric.
A minimum of 10 and maximum of 28 characters in length. - What if, after registering, I forgot my Password as an Individual Customer?
You first click “Forgot My Password” on the Login page.
Once selected, you will be directed to complete the following information:
• Enter your UTC ID or CIF number
• Enter your registered email address
• Select one of your Security Questions
• Submit your answer to your Security Questions
Once updated correctly click on “Send” and you will be directed to the Change Password page to update your new password. After successfully updating your password, you will be able to log in.

Accessing statements in eStatements
- Can statements for all my UTC accounts be accessed on this platform?
You will have full access to view, download and print eStatements for your individually and jointly owned accounts:
• US Income Fund
• TT Income Fund
• Growth and Income Fund
• Individual Retirement Unit Account
• Children’s Investment Starter Plan
• Student Investment Protection Plan
• Pension Plus
• Universal Retirement Fund
Please note:In the case of joint accounts, you will only be able to access the joint accounts where you are identified as the account’s Primary Owner. - How will I know when my eStatement is available?
A notification message will be sent to your registered email address, each time your eStatement is available on the platform. - Which statement periods are available via the eStatements Platform?
Existing Users (Registered before June 2021) – Users will be able to view, download and print statement from the next statement cycle, after successfully registering.
Existing and New Users (Registered from July 2021 onwards) – Users will be able to view, download and print statements from July 2021.
Please note: All statements prior to our Go Live September 2022, will be available in the “Inactive Accounts” menu option on the eStatements portal. - Can I use my eStatement to apply for loans at a financial institution?
Please enquire from your financial institution whether an electronic statement will be accepted.
Customers who live abroad can have a statement of their balances forwarded to their address. They are required, however, to send a notarised letter and two valid forms of identification (National ID card/driver’s permit/passport) detailing their request.
