The Fund will reach its redemption date on Sunday, November 30, 2025. This date signifies the end of the Fund’s planned 10-year investment term, as originally outlined in the Prospectus.
At the close of business on Friday, November 28, 2025, the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange will suspend the trading of shares in the Calypso Macro Index Fund; that is, all trading (buying and selling of units) in the Fund will cease on the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange (TTSE).
The underlying assets of the Fund will be sold-off and converted to cash. The final distribution of cash will be paid to investors on a pro rata basis, after accounting for all related fees and expenses incurred during the redemption process.
The value of your investments will be determined by the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the Fund following the liquidation of all the assets of the fund, less any applicable fees and expenses related to the distribution of fund proceeds.
The Trinidad and Tobago Central Depository (TTCD) is expected to commence the processing of payments to investors once the Fund’s term comes to an end, assets liquidated, and all final accounting has been completed by the Fund Manager. The distribution process is anticipated to begin in December 2025.
Once the Fund has been fully matured and liquidated, the Trinidad and Tobago Central Depository (TTCD) will process the final balance for your funds. These funds will be remitted to you based on the payment instructions and banking information currently lodged with the TTCD via the official TTCD Mandate forms.
Yes. To ensure a smooth and timely distribution of your funds, it is the responsibility of each investor to ensure the Registrar of the Fund (the TTCD) has your current, correct banking information and contact information. You can update your records by completing a TTCD Mandate Form, which can be obtained directly from the Registrar via the TTSE website or from your stockbroker. Once you have completed the form, please submit it to your stockbroker. Your stockbroker will only need the completed mandate form along with copies of your ID.
