How can I register for this service?
Click on the Register Now link on our website’s main (home) page. You will be directed to complete your online registration in three simple steps on the New Customer Registration page:
- Enter your personal information on the Personal Details page
- Enter your demographic information on the Demographic Details page
- Enter and confirm your passwords/security requirements on the Security Details page
You must complete all mandatory fields in order to progress to the next stage of the successful completion of your online registration.
Alternatively, you can download and print the Application Form, then submit it at any of our nine Investment Centres, along with one form of valid identification. Once your Application Form has been received, please allow one business day for your access to UTC U‐Online to be granted.

What are the features that U-Online offers?
All U-Online registered users can:
- View account balances
- Print account history
- Transfer money between Funds
- Pay utility bills (TSTT landline only)
- Request a repurchase, to be collected at the Investment Centre of choice
- Request a debit card, to be collected at the Investment Centre of choice
- Request an embassy statement, to be collected at the Investment Centre of choice
- Request beneficiary details
- Send secure e‐mails
