No more waiting for your statements to arrive in the mail. You can now sign up for UTC's eStatement Service to conveniently access your account information. UTC's eStatement Service offers you an alternate way to easily access your monthly/quarterly statements online.

NB: Once registered for our eStatement service, you will no longer receive paper statements via the mail.

Unitholders will now have the opportunity to receive their account statements electronically instead of receiving paper-based bank statements through traditional mail.

eStatement FAQs

  • How do I sign up for my eStatement?
    • Corporate users must download and sign the Terms and Conditions document available on our website at www.ttutc.com.
    • The company must submit an official letter on their company's letterhead, stamped with the company's stamp and signed by the authorized signatories.
    • This letter should identify the users of the eStatements service and must be submitted along with the signed Terms and Conditions to the nearest Investment Centre. It must identify First, Middle and Last Names, as well as their email address, date of birth and mobile/landline telephone contact.
    • The users who have been identified will be contacted via telephone when their profiles are created.
    • An email will be sent to each user to complete registration process.
  • How do I know when my Corporate i>eStatement is ready?

    An email alert will be sent to the users' email address, to notify that the eStatement is ready for viewing.

  • What happens if I do not receive a notification that my eStatement is available?
    • Check your junk or spam folders for your eStatement notice. Some email service providers may automatically mark your eStatement notice as junk mail. Make sure that you have added Unit Trust Corporation (onlineinvesting@ttutc.com) to your trusted sender's list.
    • If you still cannot locate your eStatement, please contact UTC's Contact Center at (1-868-671-8648) for assistance.
  • Do I need any special software to access the eStatements eStatement service?

    Adobe Reader will be required to access your eStatement.

  • How do I access my Corporate eStatement?
    • Visit the TTUTC website's link at https://estatements.ttutc.com
    • Select the Corporate login option on the Home Page.
    • Enter your registered email address and password.
  • Why do I have to enter my e-mail address when I sign up for online eStatement?

    An email address is needed to allow you access to the eStatement portal.

  • When can I view my eStatements on-line?

    After you sign up, statements will become available after the distribution cycle as seen in the table below:

  • How many eStatements are available for me to view online?

    All eStatements, from the point of registration, will be available.

  • Which accounts will generate eStatements?

    You will be able to view your TT Dollar Income Fund (TTIF), US Dollar Income Fund (USIF) and Growth and Income Fund (GIF).

  • Can I print my eStatement?

    Yes, you can print your eStatement at any time. You can also download and save the statement.

  • Can I receive paper statements and eStatements at the same time?

    You can receive either paper statements or eStatements, not both.

  • Can I use more than one email address to receive my eStatement notification?

    At this time, you can only nominate one email address per user to receive your eStatement email notification.

  • What if I want to change my email address for my eStatement notifications?

    If the user's email or any other information (name, telephone contact) is changed, the company must submit an official letter on the company's letterhead, stamped with the company's stamp and signed by the authorized signatories to notify of the changes.

  • What are the benefits of eStatements?

    Convenient - View, save or print an electronic version of your statement at any time.
