For Active or Former eStatements Users<\/h6>\n

  1. Do I need to register again for eStatements if I am currently an eStatements user?<\/strong>
    \nOnce you are an active user, you will not have to register again. Simply log in to the eStatements platform with your existing UTCID and password.<\/li>\n
  2. How do I sign up for eStatements as a new user?<\/strong>
    \nVisit our website at https:\/\/estatements.ttutc.com\/register<\/a>, review\/agree to Terms & Conditions and complete the online registration process.
    \nYou will receive a confirmation email to verify your eStatements registration access and create a new password.
    \nOnce the password is updated successfully, you can now proceed to log in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    For New eStatements Users<\/h6>\n
      \n
    1. What is an eStatement?<\/strong>
      \nAn eStatement (electronic statement) is a read-only pdf version of your traditional paper UTC statements with a sleek new design.It is available via the Uon platform as well as the eStatements platform.
      \nYou can download, save and print your eStatements as required.<\/li>\n
    2. Do all Users have access to the eStatement portal?<\/strong>
      \nYes, all users can have access to the eStatements portal in the following customer type categories:
      \n\u2022 Individual
      \n\u2022 Corporate
      \n\u2022 Employee Savings Plan<\/li>\n
    3. Can I register for the eStatement portal at an Investment Centre?<\/strong>
      \nThe eStatements registration process is fully online and as such users are not required to visit an Investment Centre to sign up. If, however, you are having any challenges contact the UTC Contact Centre at       callcentre@ttutc.com<\/a> or 1-868-625-8648 Options 1 to 4, daily between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm.<\/li>\n
    4. Can I register for eStatements if I reside abroad?<\/strong>
      \nYes, customers who reside outside of Trinidad and Tobago can register for our eStatements portal. Just visit our website at       https:\/\/estatements.ttutc.com\/register<\/a> and complete the online registration process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      Login, Passwords and Security<\/h6>\n
        \n
      1. What is a CIF?<\/strong>
        \nCIF stands for Customer Identification File, formerly known as your UTCID.
        \nYour CIF Number consists of 10 digits. It is, your previous 7-digit UTCID preceded by 3 zeros, for example, 0003334444.<\/li>\n
      2. Do I use my UTC ID or CIF Number to access the eStatements portal?<\/strong>
        \n\u2022 For Existing UTC Customer<\/u><\/strong> (before September 21, 2022) \u2013 UTC ID or CIF number is required
        \n\u2022 For New UTC Customer<\/u><\/strong> \u2013 CIF number is required<\/li>\n
      3. What are the requirements for choosing a password?<\/strong>
        \nYour Password must contain the following:
        \nOne of the following special characters: (! @#$%^&*()-=_+).
        \nAt least one lowercase letter.
        \nAt least one uppercase letter.
        \nAlphanumeric.
        \nA minimum of 10 and maximum of 28 characters in length.<\/li>\n
      4. What if, after registering, I forgot my Password as an Individual Customer?<\/strong>
        \nYou first click \u201cForgot My Password\u201d on the Login page.
        \nOnce selected, you will be directed to complete the following information:
        \n\u2022 Enter your UTC ID or CIF number
        \n\u2022 Enter your registered email address
        \n\u2022 Select one of your Security Questions
        \n\u2022 Submit your answer to your Security Questions
        \nOnce updated correctly click on \u201cSend\u201d and you will be directed to the Change Password page to update your new password. After successfully updating your password, you will be able to log in.

      5. What if, after registering, I forgot my Password as a Corporate or an Employee Savings Plan customer<\/u>?<\/strong>
        \nYou first click \u201cForgot My Password\u201d on the Login page.
        \nOnce selected, you will be directed to execute the following information:
        \n\u2022 Enter your UTC ID or CIF number
        \n\u2022 Enter your registered email address

        Accessing statements in eStatements<\/h6>\n

        1. Can statements for all my UTC accounts be accessed on this platform?<\/strong>
          \nYou will have full access to view, download and print eStatements for your individually and jointly owned accounts:
          \n\u2022 US Income Fund
          \n\u2022 TT Income Fund
          \n\u2022 Growth and Income Fund
          \n\u2022 Individual Retirement Unit Account
          \n\u2022 Children\u2019s Investment Starter Plan
          \n\u2022 Student Investment Protection Plan
          \n\u2022 Pension Plus
          \n\u2022 Universal Retirement Fund
          \nPlease note:In the case of joint accounts, you will only be able to access the joint accounts where you are identified as the account\u2019s Primary Owner.<\/li>\n
        2. How will I know when my eStatement is available?<\/strong>
          \nA notification message will be sent to your registered email address, each time your eStatement is available on the platform.<\/li>\n
        3. Which statement periods are available via the eStatements Platform?<\/strong>
          \nExisting Users (Registered before June 2021)<\/u><\/strong> \u2013 Users will be able to view, download and print statement from the next statement cycle, after successfully registering.
          \nExisting and New Users (Registered from July 2021 onwards)<\/u><\/strong> – Users will be able to view, download and print statements from July 2021.
          \nPlease note: All statements prior to our Go Live September 2022, will be available in the \u201cInactive Accounts\u201d menu option on the eStatements portal.<\/li>\n
        4. Can I use my eStatement to apply for loans at a financial institution?<\/strong>
          \nPlease enquire from your financial institution whether an electronic statement will be accepted.
          \nCustomers who live abroad can have a statement of their balances forwarded to their address.
