U Online Internet Banking Website Requirements

To use U Online as intended, you are required to use or upgrade to a recent Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox browser and have the latest versions of the free Adobe Flash Player, Java Runtime Environment and Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

  1. Supported Browsers

    2. U Online requires Microsoft's Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher.
    If U Online is not displaying correctly, we recommend you download the latest available version of this browser.

    Please note that if your computer is running an operating system earlier than Windows XP/Server 2003, you will need to download Internet Explorer 6.

    U Online now supports Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or higher.

  2. Cookies

    3. Cookies need to be enabled for U Online to function correctly.
    If you are experiencing problems viewing U Online we recommend you enable cookies by following the instructions below:

    Microsoft Internet Explorer

    1. Select Internet Options... from the Tools menu.
    2. Click on the Privacy tab.
    3. Click the Default button in the Settings section (If the Default button is disabled, cookies are already enabled).
    4. Click the OK button.
  3. Javascript

    4. U Online requires a Javascript enabled browser to function correctly.
    If you are experiencing problems viewing U Online please follow the instructions below to enable Javascript.

    Microsoft Internet Explorer

    1. Select Internet Options... from the Tools menu.
    2. Click on the Security tab.
    3. Click on the Custom Level button in the Security setting for this zone section.
    4. Scroll down until you see the Scripting section.
    5. Select the Enable radio button under Active scripting.
    6. Click the OK button.
    7. Click the OK button again.
  4. Screen Resolution

    5. U Online requires a monitor with a minimum resolution of 1024x768 to display correctly.
    If you are experiencing problems viewing U Online please follow the instructions below to change your monitor to a compatible resolution.

    Microsoft Windows XP/2000

    1. Right click on the Desktop and select Properties.
    2. Click on the Settings tab.
    3. In the Screen resolution section, drag the slide bar to the right and select a suitable resolution.
    4. Click the Apply button.
    5. Click the OK button in the next window that appears.
    6. Once your screen resolution has changed, click the Yes button to confirm the change.
