How secure is the UTC U-Online Investing System?
- Our UTC U-Online Investing System uses Encryption, the highest level of security generally available, to protect the confidentiality of your account information and the integrity of all your transactions.
How will I access my accounts?
- To access your accounts, you will be required to enter:
- Your UTC ID
- Your Login Password
- Transactional Password (to perform a transaction)
- A Secret Question and Answer (for lost password)
Who do I call if I need help?
- If you need assistance you will be connected to a friendly Customer Service Representative. Our Representatives are available from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
What if I forget my password?
- Don’t worry, you don’t even need to come into a Customer Service Centre. Just click on the “Forgot Your Password” link and follow the prompts.
What if I forget my secret question and answer?
- Just click on the “Forgot Secret Question” link and follow the prompts to re-register online.
Can I withdraw (repurchase) from my accounts on UTC Online?
- Yes. You can request repurchase cheques online and transfer funds between your UTC accounts. *
Are there any restrictions or time limits on repurchases?
- Yes. All repurchase requests made during business days by 12 noon are available same day.
Is there a maximum number of transfers per day?
- Yes. You can perform a maximum of ive (5) transfers daily.
Can I transfer from my TTD Fund to my USD Fund?
- Due to current limitations in the availability of foreign currency, all cross-currency transfers are subject to authorisation by Online Services. You will be noti ied once your transaction is successful by UTC Mail (your U-Online mail service).
When can I collect my institution statements once I request them online?
- All statement requests made during BUSINESS days by 12 noon are available same day (with UTC opening hours). Requests made after 12 noon are available next BUSINESS day.
Can I request a new UTC Visa Debit Card on UTC U-Online?
- Yes. Once you do not currently have a UTC VISA Debit Card.
Can I withdraw from a joint account?
- No. Withdrawals (transfers/repurchases) from joint accounts are not allowed on UTC U-Online.
If I register for UTC U-Online, will I still receive a statement in the mail?
- No. However, with UTC U-Online you can view your account history, seeing transactions from the past 25 years.
