UTC Property Development Limited

The UTC Property Development Limited (UTCPDL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation. The company was established as a special-purpose company under the Companies Act 1995 to undertake property development projects on behalf of the Corporation and/ or outside clients.

UTCPDL’s services include the construction, rental, and leasing of both commercial and residential property. The UTCPDL can provide a full range of development services harnessing the resources and financing for construction and execution of development projects.
