The Unit Trust Corporation is asking, “What are you doing to lead the movement against HIV/AIDS?”
The Corporation launched the 8th annual UTC Ribbons of Hope 5K, with the theme, “Leading the Movement against HIV/AIDS”, calling on individuals to assume greater responsibility for the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

The 5K will take place this year on Saturday May 16, in Trinidad and Sunday May 17 in Tobago. This year’s theme, “Leading the Movement against HIV/AIDS” underlines the Corporation’s commitment to raising awareness about the epidemic, and encourages individuals to be leaders in the movement to change negative behaviours and attitudes about HIV/AIDS. The theme reiterates that HIV/AIDS is not the responsibility of any one person or organisation. Instead, every individual in every home, church, office and community is a leader and therefore has to assume a greater leadership role in the fight against the epidemic. Read More
