request funds from your account, a Notarized Letter along with legible copies of 2 valid pieces of identification (e.g. Identification Card, Drivers’ Permit or Passport) should be submitted. A Notary Public must notarize all documents.

 Your letter should advise the following instructions for wire transfer to an account abroad:

• Your name and account number
• Amount requested for withdrawal (please advise if the amount includes charges for wire transfers)
• Full name & address of the foreign bank
• Bank Account Number
• Account Holder’s Name
• ABA Routing Number / Swift Code (where applicable)
• Telephone contacts / Email address

Your letter should advise the following for cheque collection by an individual in Trinidad and Tobago:

• Your name and account number
• Amount requested for withdrawal 
• Include the phrase “please make cheque payable to …………..(name of person)
• Telephone contacts/ email address

NB A new letter must be sent for each transaction.
