What do I do if I cannot remember either my UTCID/User ID or the answers to my Secret Questions?

Please contact us at 1 (868) 625-UNIT, selecting Option 1, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily (GMT-4 hours), 7 days a week, where upon confirmation of your identity one of our representatives will assist you in resetting your password.  

If we are unable to confirm your identity over the phone you will be required to complete a U-Online Service Request Form and submit to the nearest Investment Centre. One of our Representatives will contact you within 48 hours to have your password reset.
