What do I do if I am unable to use the One Time Password (OTP) sent to my registered mobile phone number within (1) hour of receipt?

Your OTP expires after 1 hour. To obtain a new OTP navigate to the “Account Login” page and select the “Reset My Password” link in order to complete the process once again.

The One Time Password (OTP) may only be used once by the User in order to enter and confirm their new Login password.
