How do I Reset My Login password if my UTC U-Online account has been “disabled” after 3 failed attempts at entering my correct password?

Navigate to the “Account Login” page and select the “Reset My Password” link.

 

Complete 4 easy steps to have your UTC U-Online account reset.

 

You can view the progress of Resetting Your Account by observing the Progress Bar at the top right hand corner of the page.   

Step 1. Enter your UTCID or User ID (if you created one) on the My User ID page.

Step 2. Enter your answer to the displayed Secret Question on the My Secret Details page.

Step 3. Confirm your mobile number displayed is correct by either selecting the “Yes” or “No” options provided on the My Mobile No page.

Ø  If your registered mobile number is incorrect, please contact us at 1 (868) 625-UNIT, selecting Option 1, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily (GMT-4 hours), 7 days a week.

Ø  If your registered mobile number is correct, the generated One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your confirmed mobile number via Short Message Service (SMS). The OTP must be used within one (1) hour of receipt.

Step 4. Navigate to the “Account Login” page and enter the One Time Password (OTP) exactly as provided. You will then be prompted to complete the following:

Ø  Enter and confirm your new Login password.

Ø  Select your 3 new Secret Questions and provide your 3 Answers.

Ø  Use your new Login password to log on to UTC U-Online.
