Customers are afforded the option of our Interactive Voice Response (IVY) system, U – Online (Internet Investing) or via ATM with the UTC Debit card. Customers must come in to one of our Customer Service Centers to register for any of the services or visit us online at www.ttutc.com

Valid forms of identification (e.g. Identification Card, Drivers’ Permit or Passport) must be provided.

Customers abroad can have statement of their balances forwarded to their address. They are required however to send a notarized letter, and 2 valid forms of identification (e.g. Identification Card, Drivers’ Permit or Passport) indicating their request.
