What should I do if I enter my password too many times incorrectly and get a message saying my account is locked?

Click on   the forgot password link on the Login Page.

You will   be prompted to enter your UTC Id and your Secret question and   answer.

Once the requested information has been entered correctly, a  Customer service representative from Online Services will contact you  on the mobile or home number you have provided with a confirmation  number.

You go   back to the account login page and click unlock   account.

You will   be prompted to enter your UTC ID, Secret Question and answer and the   confirmation number.

Once the   requested information has been entered correctly, you will be prompted to enter   a new password.

You may   then login with your new password.
