Unit Trust Corporation (Cayman) SPC Limited is a subsidiary of the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation who is the sponsor and manager of the Unit Trust Corporation (Cayman) SPC Limited and was incorporated as an exempted segregated portfolio Company with liability under the provisions of the Companies Law (Revised) (Cayman Islands) on 31 July, 2006.

Its registered office is situated at Turner and Roulstone Management Limited, Strathvale House, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. The Company was licensed as a mutual fund under Section 4(1) (1a) of the Mutual Funds Law (Revised). Unit Trust Corporation (Cayman) SPC Limited operates as an open-end mutual fund regulated under the Mutual Funds Law (Revised) of the Cayman Islands and issues shares in a number of different classes each designated to a separate segregated portfolio (a “SP”). At 31 December 2008, the following segregated portfolios were in existence

UTC Financial Services USA, Inc. (formerly called Chaconia Financial Services Inc.) is a US SEC and FINRA registered broker-dealer, incorporated in Rhode Island (USA) in 1995. UTC Financial Services USA, Inc is a wholly owned subsidiary of UTC Fund Services Inc., which in turn is 100% owned by the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation.

The Company’s main purpose is to provide competitive broker-dealer services in the USA and in other jurisdictions where it is so licensed.

UTC Financial Services USA, Inc. is the designated US broker-dealer to the UTC North American Fund (formerly called Chaconia Income & Growth Fund).  It is responsible for the marketing and distribution of the Fund in the USA.

UTC Fund Services, Inc. (formerly called Chaconia Fund Services) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation (TTUTC) and is a US SEC registered investment advisor, incorporated in Delaware (USA) in 1997. The Company’s main purpose is to provide competitive fee-based investment advisory services to a range of client portfolios in the USA and in other jurisdictions where it is so licensed.

UTC Fund Services Inc. was appointed the sole investment advisor to the UTC North American Fund (formerly called Chaconia Income & Growth Fund) on March 1, 2009. As a subsidiary of TTUTC, UTC Fund Services Inc. is able to leverage the expertise and experience of its parent company in the formulation of its investment strategies, its research capabilities, its risk management platform and its brokerage relationships, to the benefit is its client
