Amber Rondon Amber Rondon is a graduate of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce’s Management Development Programme and also holds post-graduate qualifications in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour from the Associate of Business Executives (ABE). She has over 21 years experience in Human Resource Management, and has been with the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation for the past 11 years.
Mrs Rondon has executive responsibility for the Human Resources function, including career management, recruitment and leave management, performance management and employee services.
Eutrice Carrington Ms. Eutrice Carrington holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Hons) in Economics and a Master of Science in Economics from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. Her career in investment management spans a period of 18 years during which she held a variety of positions including Manager, Investment Management Services, Portfolio Manager and Research and Security Analyst.
Ms Carrington has executive responsibility for the Merchant Banking, Treasury and Asset management functions. This includes investment research, making investment recommendations and formulating and implementing strategic and tactical investment strategies.
Marilyn Clarke-Andrews Marilyn Clarke-Andrews is a fellow with the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA), the Institution of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT) and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Heriott Watt University.
Her employment career spans 31 years in the field of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and Finance, and she has spent 18 years at the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation. Mrs Clarke-Andrews has executive responsibility for the Accounting and Finance functions of the Corporation.
Ruben Mc Sween Ruben Mc Sween holds a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from Howard University in Washington, DC. With over 15 years experience in the local and international financial services sector, in various areas such as investment and customer service.
Mr Mc Sween has executive responsibility for the Corporation’s customer service network.
Gary Pierre Gary Pierre holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Henley Management College and has over 29 years of experience in the financial services sector.
Mr Pierre has executive responsibility for the Corporate Support Services function, which includes Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) and Corporate Business Systems and Support.
Jovan Sankar-Paul
Jovan Sankar-Paul holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Berkeley - Haas School of Business.
She has over 5 years experience with the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation, including experience in asset management and monitoring of the corporate strategic direction and Balanced Scorecard.
Mrs Sankar-Paul has executive responsibility for strategic corporate planning, and also serves as President of the UTC North American Fund.
Kelly Belmontes Kelly Belmontes is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) who holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management, with a Minor in Finance from the University of the West Indies, St Augustine.
Her experience in Banking and Finance includes risk management and in depth experience in capital markets origination, syndication and relationship management in the local and international financial sectors.
Ms Belmontes has executive responsibility for the Merchant Banking activities of the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation which includes the origination, syndication and management of securities locally, regionally and internationally.
Gayle Daniel-Worrell Gayle Daniel-Worrell holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Howard University, Washington DC, trained in Strategic Marketing Management at Harvard University, Cambridge MA, holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of the West Indies, St Augustine. She also holds FINRA licenses Series 6 and Series 26 as Supervising Principal of a US Broker/ Dealer.
Ms Daniel-Worrell has over 20 years experience in Finance, Marketing, Product Development and Customer Service Management, and has executive responsibility for strategic planning, brand building, advertising and product development locally and internationally.
Ms Daniel-Worrell is also the Chief Executive Officer of UTC Cayman SPC Limited.
Danielle A. Jones Danielle A. Jones holds a Master of Arts in Communications from Howard University in Washington, D.C.
Danielle has over 10 years experience in Strategic Communications, and has assisted in the development of organizational communication and media relations strategies for local and international corporations.
Ms Jones has executive responsibility for the Corporation’s internal and external communications, including, strategic communications, media relations and public relations.
Richard Shepherd Richard Shepherd holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Hons) in Computing and Information Systems from the London Metropolitan University. He is also qualified in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, e-commerce, Business Management, PBX management and Internet Systems.
Mr Shepherd has over 10 years experience in the financial services sector, and has executive responsibility for electronic service delivery channels, including U-Online, card services and process automation.
Michelle Persad Michelle Persad is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is the holder of a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, St Augustine. Michelle has gained over 17 years’ experience in the financial services industry in the areas of merchant banking, treasury and investment management. Her professional training includes capital markets and investment management courses offered by Euromoney.
Ms Persad has executive responsibility for managing the Treasury function, including managing funding requirements for the Merchant Bank, Forex operations and assessing the Corporation’s capital strategies.
Amoy Van Lowe Amoy Van Lowe is the holder of a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan. She has over 18 years experience in the financial services sector, including experience in strategic planning and marketing, brand creation, advertising and corporate image building in local and international markets.
Ms Van Lowe also serves as President of UTC Financial Services, USA Inc, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of UTC Cayman SPC Limited.
Crystal Rodriguez Crystal Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies with a focus on Finance from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine and has successfully completed the first level of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) programme. She has over 4 years of Investment Management experience with the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation.
Ms Rodriguez manages the Corporation’s portfolio of Growth and Income funds, and also serves as President of the Board of UTC Fund Services, Inc.
David Thompson David Thompson is the holder of a Certificate in Financial Analysis and Policy from the Institute of the International Monetary Fund, Washington D.C and a Bachelor of Arts degree (Hons) with a concentration in Economics from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services sector in areas primarily related to Asset Management, Merchant Banking and Project Financing.
Mr Thompson has executive responsibility for the administration of trust services.
Emily Chee Wah Emily Chee Wah has a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) in Chemistry and Management and is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
She has over 14 years experience in the financial services sector focused in Risk and Relationship Management within the Commercial, Corporate and Merchant Banking segments.
Ms Chee Wah has executive responsibility for the risk management function.
Patricia Ilkhtchoui Patricia Ilkhtchoui holds the designation of Chartered Secretary and Administrator from the London Metropolitan University (nee Polytechnic of North London), and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS) based in the UK.
She has served as Corporate Secretary at the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation for the past 13 years. Ms. Ilkhtchoui has executive responsibility for meeting administration with respect to Board and Committee Meetings, Legislative Compliance, Corporate Record Maintenance, General Administration and Legal Matters.
She also serves as Corporate Secretary for the Corporation’s locally based subsidiary companies (UTC Financial Services Limited, UTC Trust Services Limited, UTC Property Holdings Limited) and foreign-based subsidiary companies (Unit Trust Corporation (Cayman) SPC Limited and UTC Energy Investments Limited).
